1. A Space to Come Home to Yourself
Step out of the noise of the mind and into the wisdom of your body and heart.
Just Be Soul Circles are gentle, embodied spaces where you are invited to slow down, listen inward, and meet what is present without judgment or the need to fix anything.
Through movement, breath, stillness, and rest, we create space for what has been held to soften, move, and release—allowing you to reconnect with the deeper knowing already within you.
This is not about becoming someone new. It is about returning to yourself.
2. Your Body Knows the Way
We begin gently, bringing awareness into the body and noticing sensation: where there is openness, where there is tension, and where something may feel stuck or ready to move.
Rather than analyzing what we find, we allow the body to speak.
Through intuitive and active movement, breath, and embodied awareness, we give that energy a pathway to move and release. Gentle yoga then helps the body settle, creating space for the heart to soften and for something quieter to emerge.
There is nothing to perform and nowhere you need to get to.
You are simply invited to listen.
3. From Movement to Stillness
Each 60-minute Soul Circle unfolds as a journey from movement into deeper presence:
Arrive. Slow down and reconnect with the sensations of your body.
Notice. Become curious about what feels alive, contracted, heavy, open, or ready to move.
Release. Use breath and active movement to give what has been held a way to move through you.
Soften. Transition into gentle yoga and heart-centered awareness, allowing the nervous system to settle.
Rest. Enter somatic stillness, giving the body space to integrate without needing to understand or explain.
Receive. Close together over warm tea or ceremonial cacao, allowing the experience to settle into body, heart, and spirit.
4. Return to Wholeness
The deepest shifts do not always arrive as answers.
Sometimes they come as a softening in the chest. A deeper breath. A sensation that finally moves. A moment of clarity. A feeling of being more fully inside yourself.
Soul Circles create space for these subtle shifts to be noticed and integrated.
As the mind quiets and the body softens, we become more available to the heart—our inner place of connection, intuition, compassion, and truth.
You leave not with something else to accomplish, but with an invitation to carry that connection into your life:
more present in your body, more connected to your heart, and more at home within yourself.
What to Expect
Expect a supportive experience and a mix of structured activities. This is a heart-centered space that invites you to reconnect with yourself through movement, meditation, ritual, and community.
Together we move, meditate, reflect, rest, and, at the end, share a warm cup of cacao or tea as you honor your unique self-discovery journey.
